Family Enrollment:

Elite Athletes Academy is honored to host our amazing families again this year but for a full program!

We offer an easy and straight forward enrollment process- just fill out an online form with scanned copies of Medical Insurance & Updated Physicals, Student Academic Records and any Behavior Notifications/Measurements we need to know!

We charge a $250 enrollment fee per family, this fee secures your student’s spot in the Academy & helps to cover the specialized On Boarding Process that we do for each family once we log their application, guarantee their enrollment, and conduct a family interview.

Once the student is fully enrolled we will provide a Training Program for our Courses and their Instructors, as well as launch the Core Subject Assessment Test, the Life Skills Survey, and provide an opportunity for the students to share their Testimony/Statement of Faith!
